The Sacred Practice that Changed Me…

It’s really about remembering who you are…

When I first began working with essential oils, I was immediately drawn to studying their emotional and energetic qualities - the way each plant’s essence carried a message, a medicine, a frequency.

I remember when it started.  December 2014. From the very beginning, I was captivated. 

I did not just use the oils, I journeyed with them. With curiosity,reverence and awe,

I would sit.

Smell.

Notice.

Listen.

Journal.

Read. 

I’d feel transformation happening in real time.  I was meditating daily anyway, why not incorporate the oils.  

This became my meditation practice.

This became my personal growth practice.

A communion with nature in a bottle - daily.

No, I don’t stay in the depths all day long. But I visit often.

And those visits change me.

They recalibrate me.

They remind me who I really am.

Over the past decade, that devotion became a practice that became a path.

I’ve studied with some pretty awesome humans.

I’ve trained in the energetics. I’ve taught hundreds of classes.

But mostly- I’ve lived it.

Day after day. Year after year.

I read recently that less than 2% of people have a consistent personal growth practice. That hit me.

If that is true, I am in that 2%.

Curious. Committed. Fascinated. Studied.

Soul shifted- and still transforming and integrating.

There’s nothing I’m more devoted to.

Nothing I’m more naturally attuned to.

And nothing I love more than walking this path- and showing others how to use tools that support them in walking their own with authenticity, presence, and ease.
