I am definitely going to give these treats a try.nbsp; I was just thinking about all of the yummy coconut treats in Thailand.nbsp; These popsicles are a fun and cooling recipe to make on any hot summer day.

1 can full-fat coconut milk
1 cup orange juice
⅓nbsp;cup (or to taste) agave or sweetener of choice
1–2 drops Lime oilnbsp;. (please note that all essential oils are not fit for consumption, choose a reputeable source that is safe for internal use)

  1. Blend coconut milk, agave, and Lime.
  2. Pour mixture into Popsicle mold, dividing evenly.
  3. Place in freezer for 10 minutes, then top with orange juice.
  4. Freeze again for 30 minutes.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks. Continue freezing until firm.

Tip: If you have any coconut shavings or lime wedges on hand, those add beautiful color and flavor to the popsicles.
